This position is best suited to someone who works quickly without sacrificing precision, is trustworthy with sensitive information, and stays highly organized in day-to-day work.

What you will do

• Enter information from source materials into the system with speed and accuracy.
• Check records against source details to confirm correctness.
• Keep databases and files updated and properly maintained.
• Spot inconsistencies in data and make the necessary corrections.
• Digitally file and secure documents in an orderly manner.
• Prepare reports and pull records when requested.
• Support basic data analysis and reporting activities.
• Protect confidential and sensitive information at all times.
• Work with teammates to maintain consistent and reliable records.
• Carry out routine backups to help preserve data integrity.

Requirements and skills

• Prior experience in data entry or a closely related position.
• Fast and accurate typing ability.
• Strong focus on detail and correctness.
• Comfort using Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
• Familiarity with data entry tools and database systems.
• Good planning, organization, and time management skills.
• Ability to manage confidential information responsibly.
• High school completion or an equivalent qualification.
