Role overview
This position focuses on accurately capturing, updating, and validating business data across internal systems. The role is based in the European Union and is a full-time, on-site opportunity with avua.
Key responsibilities
- Input and refresh records in internal databases, spreadsheets, and other company systems while maintaining a high level of speed and precision.
- Check information for completeness, accuracy, and alignment with internal standards before and after entry.
- Carry out regular audits and data-quality reviews to catch inconsistencies or errors.
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion at all times.
- Locate, organize, and process documents, reports, and related data when required.
- Work with colleagues across departments to keep records consistent and reliable.
- Consistently achieve daily and weekly targets for output and accuracy.
Requirements
- Completion of high school or an equivalent qualification is required; an associate degree is considered an advantage.
- Prior experience in data entry, administrative support, or clerical work is expected.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel, along with data-entry applications.
- Fast and accurate typing ability.
- Strong focus on detail and good organizational habits.
- Capable of working on your own and managing time well.
- Good spoken and written communication skills.
- Expected compensation is €25,000 to €30,000.

The salary range provided for this role is €25,000 to €30,000.
