Data Analyst

About the Role

We are seeking a detail-focused and inquisitive Data Analyst who enjoys converting raw information into practical insights that support stronger business decisions. In this position, you will partner with different teams across the organization to understand problems, uncover opportunities, and deliver data-backed recommendations that make a measurable difference.

The right person for this role is naturally curious, enjoys solving problems, asks the right questions, and can explain complex findings in a simple, clear way. In addition to working with datasets, you will help communicate the story behind the numbers and contribute to strategic decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather data from multiple sources, then clean, check, and analyze it for accuracy and usefulness.
• Create dashboards, reports, and visualizations that align with business objectives.
• Spot trends, patterns, and opportunities in large volumes of data.
• Turn analytical results into practical recommendations for internal stakeholders.
• Work with cross-functional teams to clarify business needs and reporting expectations.
• Track important performance metrics and share regular updates on results.
• Help improve data quality by finding inconsistencies and suggesting fixes.
• Contribute to the development and refinement of data models and analytical frameworks.
• Share findings with both technical and non-technical audiences in a confident and compelling manner.

Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, Economics, or a closely related discipline.
• Previous experience in a Data Analyst role or a similar analytical position.
• Strong working knowledge of SQL and Microsoft Excel.
• Hands-on experience with visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
• Understanding of statistical analysis and how to interpret data correctly.
• Python or R knowledge is considered an advantage.
• Strong problem-solving ability and critical-thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-moving environment.
