The Role
In this position, you will act as the initial contact for customers and deliver prompt, helpful assistance. Your focus will be on answering questions, handling concerns, and contributing to a smooth, positive customer journey.
- Handle customer questions through phone, email, and chat.
- Address and close customer problems in a timely and practical way.
- Keep detailed and accurate notes of each customer interaction.
- Work closely with colleagues to strengthen service quality and consistency.
- Share customer patterns, recurring issues, and suggestions with management.
Ideal Profile
The right candidate will bring a combination of practical technical knowledge and strong interpersonal abilities to succeed in this role.
- High school completion or an equivalent credential; additional education is an advantage.
- Comfort using CRM platforms and Microsoft Office tools.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, empathy, and adaptability skills.
