Role Overview
Baytonia is seeking a courteous and professional Customer Service Representative to join its team in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. The role focuses on handling customer communication, resolving issues effectively, and helping maintain a positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer customer questions and requests through phone calls, messages, and social media channels.
- Keep in touch with customers after their initial contact and work to ensure they are satisfied with the support provided.
- Address complaints and offer appropriate solutions in a timely manner.
- Work with internal departments to resolve customer needs and follow through on service requests.
- Maintain clear and accurate records of customer conversations and actions taken.
Requirements
- Prior experience in customer service is an advantage.
- Strong communication and issue-resolution abilities are required.
- A good command of English is needed.
- Must be able to perform well under pressure and collaborate effectively with a team.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office is considered a plus.
