Job Summary
Koch Companies is seeking a Creative Project Coordinator to manage and execute marketing and creative projects. This role is crucial for supporting the company’s branding, sales enablement, and communication strategies. You will collaborate with internal teams, external partners, and vendors to ensure that all marketing materials and campaigns are delivered on-brand, on schedule, and within budget. The position requires a blend of strong project management capabilities and hands-on creative assistance to amplify Koch Companies’ visual identity and messaging across various platforms.
Essential Job Functions
- Manage the entire lifecycle of creative production, from initial concept development through copywriting, design, proofreading, and final printing.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, timelines, and task assignments for various teams, fostering clear communication and ensuring accountability.
- Organize and lead cross-functional and cross-brand marketing meetings to ensure strategic alignment and consistent messaging.
- Spearhead the development and execution of marketing projects aimed at driving lead generation, enhancing brand awareness, and supporting internal communications.
- Generate and update diverse content, including sales presentations, marketing collateral, infographics, posters, videos, website copy, and client communications.
- Partner with internal departments and external agencies to produce creative assets that strictly adhere to brand guidelines.
- Draft and disseminate press releases, and provide support for public relations and industry publication efforts.
- Maintain and update the Koch Marketing Asset Library, ensuring all materials are current and easily accessible.
- Regularly refresh company website content to reflect ongoing initiatives and pertinent information.
- Assist in the planning and creative execution of company events.
- Uphold consistency in all internal and external communications.
- Act as a brand ambassador, championing and enforcing established visual and messaging standards.
Qualifications
A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Communications, or a closely related discipline is required. A minimum of three years of experience in graphic design is necessary. Proven experience in managing creative or marketing projects from inception to completion is essential. Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite and various graphic design software applications is expected.
