Role overview

Bill Hansen Catering & Event Production is seeking a Creative Consultant for a fixed-scope engagement in South Florida lasting about 90 days. The business has spent 45 years establishing a high-end reputation in luxury catering, and the goal of this engagement is to strengthen the visual, experiential, and culinary side of the brand so it aligns with the direction of the luxury market.

This is an independent consulting assignment rather than a permanent employee role.

What the engagement covers

The consultant will work across three main focus areas:

• Event design and guest experience, including tablescapes, plating, service flow, and atmosphere.
• Brand identity and visual direction, including logo concepts, menus, proposals, and photography style.
• Culinary and menu development, including seasonal ideas, signature dishes, and tasting experiences.

Who this is a fit for

This opportunity is best suited to someone whose portfolio demonstrates premium-level work in events, food, or experiential design. The ideal candidate should also be able to show examples of improving or elevating a brand’s creative identity, and should be equally comfortable shaping a tablescape, a plated presentation, or a logo direction.
