- Develop and oversee content creation and storytelling across email, social media, video, print, and the Longhorn Foundation website, ensuring fresh content is published regularly.
- Lead the social media approach for the Longhorn Foundation accounts, create engaging daily content, grow impressions over time, and use analytics to guide reporting and future campaign decisions.
- Partner with Marketing & Creative Services on graphic design needs for digital and print collateral, newsletters, web assets, and video content while helping maintain brand standards.
- Work with the Annual Fund team on the giving calendar, ticket communications, donor relations, and special event messaging, including invitations and RSVP management.

- Support gameday hospitality and special events when needed.
- Assist with speeches, talking points, presentations, and public announcements.
- Support T Association communications, marketing, and social media efforts.
- Carry out other related duties as assigned.

Employees are expected to uphold Texas Athletics standards, follow applicable university, NCAA, conference, state, and federal rules, complete required training, report outside activities and income as required, and cooperate fully with investigations when requested. This role may be designated as a Non-Confidential Employee under Title IX requirements, which means incidents of certain prohibited conduct must be reported to the appropriate university Title IX office. Additional compliance obligations may also apply under the Clery Act.
