Job summary

This role is focused on delivering high-quality cobbling, repair, and remake services that extend the life of footwear and support the brand’s sustainability goals. You will combine craftsmanship with a customer-first approach, creating personalized experiences that help build lasting client relationships. The position also calls for strong teamwork, attention to detail, and an appreciation for individuality and excellence.

Sales and client experience

• Welcome clients warmly and help create an inclusive, community-oriented in-store experience.
• Carry out a full range of shoe repair work, such as stitching, cleaning, sanitizing, stain and water-repellent treatments, and advanced restoration services.
• Deliver remake and customization services that allow customers to personalize footwear and make each pair distinctive.
• Work closely with the wider store team on sales, before- and after-sales support, stock-related tasks, and customer retention activities.
• Make sure customers are registered correctly on the brand’s app so they can be segmented and profiled effectively.

Brand and product

• Present the brand story, heritage, and values confidently and authentically to customers.
• Support the creation and customization of products in a way that stays aligned with the brand identity.
• Keep the cobbler workspace tidy and in line with visual merchandising expectations.

Operations and compliance

• Support store routines such as opening and closing, stock checks, and inventory control.
• Follow data privacy requirements as well as health and safety rules.
• Use digital and IT tools to improve workflow and strengthen customer engagement.

Requirements

• Strong command of English.
• Prior sales experience is an advantage, especially in retail or customer service.
• Clear and effective communication skills, with the ability to listen actively.
• Practical problem-solving ability and sound decision-making.
• Comfort working collaboratively toward shared goals.
• Good time management and the ability to prioritize tasks well.
• Flexibility to adjust to changing business and customer needs.
• At least 1 year of experience in shoemaking and shoe repair.
