Role overview
Associated Industrial Furnaces Pvt. Ltd. (AIFL) is hiring a Clay Expert for its Kolkata office. This is a full-time, on-site position for someone with 2 to 5 years of experience.
The role focuses on building and running lead sourcing, data enrichment, segmentation, and outbound automation systems. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working with modern go-to-market tooling, data enrichment platforms, AI-assisted workflows, and outbound infrastructure to identify strong prospects and support campaign execution.
Core responsibilities
- Design and operate lead enrichment processes in Clay.
- Create ideal customer profiles and segmentation logic for prospect targeting.
- Collect, refine, verify, and standardize prospect data.
- Set up automated systems using Clay, Make, n8n, and AI-based tools.
- Spot buying intent, triggers, and commercial opportunities.
- Contribute to outbound programs by supplying high-quality lead lists.
- Keep data accurate, track results, and document workflows clearly.
Required skills and experience
- Hands-on experience with Clay.
- Ability to research leads and enrich contact/company data.
- Experience defining ICPs and building segmentation models.
- Familiarity with automation tools such as Make.com, n8n, or Zapier.
- Working knowledge of LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Exposure to prospecting platforms such as Apollo.
- Strong spreadsheet skills, especially in Google Sheets.
- Comfort using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, and Gemini.
Preferred background
- Experience with outbound tools such as Instantly or Smartlead.
- Basic understanding of email deliverability.
- Experience using CRM platforms like HubSpot or Pipedrive.
- Understanding of APIs and webhooks.
- Prior exposure to GTM or RevOps environments.
