Civil Engineer

Job Summary

We are looking for a driven Civil Engineer to help manage and supervise construction and real estate development work. In this role, you will support day-to-day project execution, confirm that work follows engineering standards, and help keep delivery on schedule and to the required quality.

Responsibilities

• Oversee construction work on site and keep an eye on how execution is progressing.
• Check that activities match the approved drawings, technical specifications, and quality requirements.
• Follow project milestones and contribute to completing work on time.
• Work closely with contractors, consultants, and other project participants to keep coordination smooth.
• Review manpower performance and identify the resources needed at the site.
• Take part in inspections, handover activities, and technical assessments.
• Draft technical updates and share practical recommendations with project leadership.

Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering is required.
• At least 5 years of experience in real estate development and construction is needed.
• Good understanding of construction methods, site supervision, and quality assurance practices.
• Comfortable using engineering tools and Microsoft Office software.
• Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is essential.

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Dammam, Eastern, Saudi Arabia.
