Fortra is looking for a proactive, organized Channel Program Coordinator to help run and support its expanding partner business across the Middle East. This position plays an important part in keeping channel programs operating smoothly, assisting with partner onboarding, and providing day-to-day support to the regional sales organization.

Key responsibilities

  • Act as a coordination point for the Middle East channel sales team and help manage daily program tasks.

  • Visit key regional partners from time to time to review progress and offer support.
  • Assist the Channel Account Manager with account mapping activities alongside partners.
  • Keep CRM records and partner-portal data accurate and up to date, including tools such as Salesforce and other PRM systems.
  • Work with partners and internal teams to ensure responses are timely and program rules are followed.
  • Build reports and monitor key performance metrics for channel programs.

Requirements

  • 1 to 2 years of experience in channel sales or channel program coordination, ideally in cybersecurity or technology.
