CAD / Graphic Designer

Role Overview

SBH Fashion is looking for a skilled and detail-driven CAD/Graphic Designer to join its in-house design team. This position centers on licensed apparel, especially children’s wear, and involves close coordination with Design, Sales, and Merchandising teams to develop print and pattern graphics, CAD presentations, and technical artwork for a variety of products.

Key Responsibilities

• Create all-over prints, graphics, and placement artwork for licensed children’s apparel, keeping trend direction and brand identity in mind.
• Prepare polished CAD presentations for internal reviews, buyer presentations, and product development work.
• Translate design briefs and trend research into original, commercially relevant graphic concepts.
• Support seasonal print development, build color palettes, and adapt prints across multiple product lines.
• Keep artwork libraries, digital files, and CAD archives well organized and up to date.
• Work with designers, technical teams, and sourcing partners to confirm print accuracy and production readiness.
• Coordinate standards and other required materials for seasonal development.
• Help create, update, and design sales tools and presentation materials as needed.
• Partner with Design, Sales, and Brand Management teams to develop and launch apparel lines across different distribution levels.
• Check that line sheets, production logs, and design catalogs are accurate and properly maintained.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Illustration, Fine Arts, or a related discipline.
• 2 to 3 years of experience in the fashion industry; experience with children’s wear is an added advantage.
• Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and focused on delivering results.
• A strong portfolio that demonstrates CADs, graphics, and all-over prints for apparel.
• Advanced proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong creative thinking, concept development, execution, organization, and design ability.
• Comfort working with cross-functional teams to solve issues.
• Good communication and presentation abilities.
• Flexible approach with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt quickly.
• Excellent attention to detail along with strong organizational, communication, and presentation skills.

Compensation

The salary range for this role is $80,000 to $90,000 annually.
