Role overview

Key duties
- Provide drinks and food service in a courteous, professional, and timely manner.
- Stay attentive to guest needs throughout the customer experience and respond to queries or concerns helpfully.
- Work closely with colleagues to keep operations running smoothly and contribute to a welcoming, safe workplace.
- Follow all relevant health, safety, and site-specific catering or service procedures.
- Maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness across service and dining areas.
