Role Overview
Zizzi Restaurants is looking for an Assistant Manager in Evesham, England. The role starts from £31,800 per year, with tronc and additional benefits. In this position, you will support the General Manager in organising, planning, and running the restaurant while helping coordinate everyday operations. This is a leadership-focused role for someone who enjoys developing teams and is enthusiastic about hospitality.

Key Duties
- Step in as the person in charge when the General Manager is absent, overseeing shifts and team performance
- Support and coach the team, provide constructive feedback, and help bring the company culture and values to life
- Champion excellent customer service throughout the guest journey
- Build strong knowledge of the menu and help ensure every dish leaving the kitchen meets quality expectations
- Work with the General Manager to achieve financial goals and track overall business performance
- Keep the restaurant presentation consistently polished and inviting
