Role Summary

The Artificial Intelligence Engineer will create, improve, and implement AI models and systems that power AIcast’s analytical content and technology offerings. This role involves developing machine learning and deep learning solutions, setting up natural language processing workflows, and embedding AI capabilities into production software.

You will work closely with editorial, product, and data teams to turn subject-matter needs into technical solutions, monitor model quality and stability, and keep code and infrastructure scalable. The position is full time and on site in the Riyadh Region, with regular coordination alongside local stakeholders and an approach aligned with Saudi market and policy considerations.

Responsibilities

• Build, tune, and maintain machine learning and deep learning models for content and product use cases.
• Set up and refine NLP pipelines, including work with Arabic and English text.
• Integrate AI components into production-ready software and internal tools.
• Partner with editorial, product, and data teams to translate needs into technical solutions.
• Track model performance, reliability, and overall system quality.
• Develop code and infrastructure that are maintainable and able to scale.
• Work with cloud services, data pipelines, and APIs as part of the implementation process.

Requirements

• Solid grounding in computer science fundamentals such as algorithms, data structures, and software engineering.
• Experience with neural networks and pattern recognition, including training, evaluation, and optimization.
• Practical software development experience focused on building, testing, and deploying AI systems.
• Strong NLP experience, especially for Arabic and English language processing, is preferred.
• Good command of Python and widely used ML libraries such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, and scikit-learn.
• Familiarity with modern MLOps practices.
• Ability to design scalable and maintainable architectures using cloud platforms, data pipelines, and APIs.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a closely related technical discipline.
• Strong analytical and communication skills, plus the ability to collaborate in cross-functional teams.
• Comfort working in a fast-moving AI environment.

Additional Information

This role is based in the Riyadh Region and requires on-site attendance. The work environment is closely connected to Saudi market dynamics and policy priorities.
