About the role

This position is focused on advanced support and development for enterprise business applications. The engineer will work largely on their own across development, enhancement, and automation initiatives, while also acting as a Level 2/3 escalation contact for technical issues.

Key responsibilities

Deliver both technical and functional support for Oracle E-Business Suite modules, including GL, AP, FA, CM, HRMS, Payroll, SSHR, Inventory, and Purchasing.
Work with internal stakeholders to plan and deliver system enhancements, integrations, and custom-built solutions.
Develop low-code web applications using Oracle APEX.
Maintain strong data accuracy and safeguard application security across enterprise systems.
Carry out incident handling and change control activities to support stable application performance.
Take on additional department tasks or project work assigned by IT leadership.

Required qualifications and experience

A bachelor’s degree in Information Technology is required.
The role calls for at least 8 years of professional IT experience.
Hands-on knowledge of PL/SQL, alerts, workflow development, personalization, and extensions is needed.
Practical experience with Oracle EBS open interface APIs and Oracle Forms & Reports development is expected.
Experience in OA Framework development and XML handling through Oracle PL/SQL functions is required.
Exposure to WEB ADI Integrator applications, Oracle workflow integration, and AME is strongly preferred.
Strong working knowledge of the Oracle APEX framework and low-code development is highly desirable.
