Accounts Manager

Role Overview

This position is for an Accounts Manager in Doha, Qatar, responsible for leading finance and accounting activities across several group companies. The role combines day-to-day accounting oversight with financial planning, reporting, and support for leadership decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Run finance and accounting processes for multiple business entities.
• Build and review financial statements, budgets, forecasts, and cash flow estimates.
• Track profitability, project expenses, customer billing, collections, and overall financial health.
• Supervise payroll, WPS processing, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and banking work.
• Maintain compliance with internal policies, financial controls, and Qatar regulatory obligations.
• Liaise with auditors, banks, government bodies, and other outside stakeholders.
• Share financial analysis and recommendations that help management make decisions and drive growth.

Requirements

• Strong commercial awareness with the ability to think strategically about finance.
• Hands-on experience in budgeting, forecasting, cash flow control, and financial planning.
• Solid understanding of accounting standards, reporting, compliance, and internal controls.
• Prior experience handling finance operations for more than one entity.
• Detail-focused, analytical, and business-minded approach to work.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related subject.
• At least 5 years of experience in accounting and finance.
• Fluency in both English and Hindi, spoken and written.
• Good command of MS Excel, Microsoft Office tools, and accounting software.

Compensation and Benefits
