Role overview
We are looking for an Account Manager who can understand the needs of both new and existing customers and help them get the most value from the product. The role involves building strong communication with clients as well as internal teams to spot issues early and work toward timely solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate across departments to keep all stakeholders aligned on customer success.
- Build and nurture customer relationships so their business needs are understood and addressed.
- Visit customers to identify opportunities to expand their use of the platform.
- Track and report on customer account health and performance.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in account management is required.
- Strong communication skills and comfort in a client-facing role are important.
- Must be open to traveling as needed.
