Human Resources (HR) Intern

About the internship

Purplle is looking for a Human Resources intern to support a fast-growing beauty business and gain practical exposure across core HR operations. This role offers hands-on experience in recruitment, coordination, onboarding, and HR administration while working with a team that operates in a dynamic, growth-focused environment.

What you’ll do

• Support hiring activities by finding suitable candidates, arranging interviews, and carrying out first-round screening.
• Handle the coordination of interviews, assessments, and related recruitment workflows.
• Maintain and refresh employee information and HR data in MS Excel.
• Assist the HR team with day-to-day administrative tasks and operational support.
• Share ideas and suggestions that can help improve HR processes and working methods.
• Contribute to recruitment initiatives, onboarding support, and orientation-related activities.
• Help with training and development coordination when required.

What the role involves

This internship is designed for someone who is enthusiastic about starting a career in human resources and wants to build practical skills by working on real HR projects. The intern will be expected to be available full time in office, work for a six-month period, and begin within the specified start window.

Who can apply

This opportunity is open only to candidates who can join a full-time, in-office internship, can start between 30 June 2026 and 4 August 2026, can commit for 6 months, are based in Mumbai, and have relevant skills and interest in the field. Stipend and perks

The internship offers a monthly stipend of INR 15,000 to INR 20,000. Additional benefits include a certificate, an informal dress code, and a 5-day work week.
