Basti Ki Pathshala Foundation is a government-registered society working at the grassroots level to remove educational barriers in underserved communities. Established under the Indian Societies Act of 1860, the foundation focuses on delivering quality learning opportunities to children in slum areas and building a supportive environment where they can grow and succeed.

About the internship

This one-month remote, part-time internship offers the chance to work on AI-driven ideas that can support educational initiatives. You will get hands-on exposure to tools and technologies such as Artificial Intelligence, machine learning, ChatGPT, Gemini, Grok, and Claude while contributing to solutions that can improve learning delivery and operational efficiency.

What you will do

• Help design and build AI-based approaches that can improve learning outcomes for children in under-resourced communities.
• Work with the team on chatbot development using ChatGPT to offer personalized support to students and teachers.
• Use Gemini to review data, identify patterns, and generate insights that support better decisions and program improvement.
• Support the development and tuning of models using Grok for natural language processing and understanding tasks.
• Experiment with Claude for image-recognition-related use cases and educational applications.
• Contribute to machine learning solutions that automate internal workflows and simplify organizational processes.
• Keep track of new developments in AI and bring fresh ideas that can increase innovation and impact.

Who can apply

This opportunity is open to candidates who can work remotely, are able to begin between 27 Jun 2026 and 1 Aug 2026, and can commit to the full 1-month duration.
