Overview

Medlock Square is a new year-round destination within the Etihad Campus, bringing together culture, leisure, and entertainment beside the Etihad Stadium and the Co-op Live arena. The development nods to the River Medlock and Manchester’s industrial history while helping shape the city’s next major experience-led district.

The wider food and beverage offer will include coffee houses, all-day dining, flagship restaurants, and premium dining experiences. The venue is designed to welcome everyday visitors as well as large event crowds, delivering strong hospitality throughout the week and across major event days.

About the Role

As a Waiter, you will take the lead within your restaurant section and help ensure service runs smoothly from start to finish. You will be the main contact for guests and team members in your area, supporting coordination between front of house and back of house while maintaining a consistently high standard of service.

This is a practical, on-the-floor role that requires ownership, confidence, and a strong sense of service. You will support junior colleagues, uphold standards, and work closely with management to keep operations seamless.

You will set the pace on the floor by combining menu knowledge, professional service, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to guest care.

Deliver an engaging, polished experience for guests throughout every service. Manage your section with care, keeping service flowing smoothly and paying close attention to detail.
