Fashion and trend awareness

  • Stay current on fashion trends, styles, products, brands, competitors, and influential voices in the market.
  • Set aside time to build trend awareness, understand styling concepts and mood boards, and use that insight to improve presentation and help anticipate customer needs.

Team and development

  • Share updates, inspiration, and education with the store team on seasonal shifts, fashion trends, visual standards, and in-store communication including price perception.
  • Coach colleagues to strengthen their visual merchandising and commercial presentation skills in line with guidelines.
  • Help establish daily routines and best practices that support a consistently high visual and commercial standard while maintaining strong customer service.
  • Support and develop talent, and provide onboarding training to new colleagues.
  • Plan and deliver visual and commercial upskilling sessions for yourself and the team.
  • Complete the required Visual Competencies and Commercial 4 All learning based on regional and sales market development goals.
  • Support Sales Market and Area teams with expansion and store project needs.

Visual and commercial execution

  • Apply sample-picking best practices, including the use of stockroom garments, accessories, and shoes, to build clear trend stories and inspiring displays.
  • Ensure windows and styling are executed to standard so the store feels both inspirational and commercially effective.
  • Maintain commercial layout and fixtures to improve customer flow and support strong trend placement.
  • Keep price signage balanced and accurate in windows and throughout the store in line with global strategy and market requirements.
  • Work with Facilities Management to make sure lighting functions properly and highlights products and display features.
  • Care for display forms and interior materials with sustainability in mind.
  • Partner with the Area Visual Manager to keep store navigation current and aligned with the latest guidelines and store layout.
  • Ensure sufficient sale and promotional materials, including POS items, are available according to local routines.
