Role summary
We are looking for attentive, motivated professionals to join a global support team as Virtual Customer Service Representatives. This fully remote position is suited to people who work well on their own, communicate clearly, and enjoy helping customers across different channels while maintaining a high standard of service.
What you will do
- Handle customer questions and concerns through phone, email, and live chat.

- Keep customer records updated and accurate in CRM systems.
- Follow up on open cases to help ensure timely resolution.
- Maintain complete and organized documentation.
- Work toward quality and productivity goals.
- Take part in training sessions and team meetings.
- Stay current on product changes, policies, and procedures.
- Share ideas that can improve customer experience and internal workflows.
- Collaborate effectively with teammates in a remote setting.
Requirements
- Strong English speaking and writing skills.
- Customer service or call center background is preferred.
- Good listening and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to stay calm and professional in stressful situations.
- Basic computer literacy and a willingness to learn new tools quickly.
- Fast and accurate typing skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-first approach.
- Self-driven and dependable, with the ability to work independently.
- Comfortable adjusting to changing priorities and processes.
- Knowledge of additional languages is an advantage for supporting an international customer base.
