US Staffing - Non-IT Recruiter (BFSI)

Role Overview

This is a full-time onsite role in Lucknow for an experienced US Staffing Recruiter focused on BFSI and other non-IT hiring areas. The position supports end-to-end recruitment for US-based clients and requires comfort working in a US night shift.

The role is with TekWissen Group, a workforce management provider operating across India and multiple global markets.

Shift and Work Details

• Work location: Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, India
• Work mode: Onsite
• Employment: Full time
• Shift timing: 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM IST
• Experience required: 2 to 6 years

Core Recruitment Responsibilities

The recruiter will manage the complete hiring cycle for US staffing needs across BFSI and non-IT verticals such as automotive, utilities, energy, telecom, and pharma. The role involves sourcing, screening, and presenting qualified talent for both contract and permanent openings.

Talent Sourcing and Pipeline Building

Candidates should be able to use job boards, social platforms, and internal databases to identify suitable profiles. Building and maintaining a steady pipeline for repeat client requirements is an important part of the job, along with proactive outreach to passive candidates.

Screening and Candidate Evaluation

The recruiter is expected to run detailed screening conversations to verify skills, work history, and overall fit. The role also includes assessing both technical and functional suitability before sharing shortlisted candidates with clients and hiring managers.

Client and Stakeholder Coordination

This position requires regular coordination with US clients, vendors, and account managers to understand hiring needs and deliver profiles within expected timelines. Participation in daily team reviews and requirement tracking is also part of the job.

Required Background

The ideal candidate should have solid experience in US recruitment, including familiarity with the full staffing cycle. Hands-on exposure to contract and permanent hiring is preferred, along with a strong understanding of US work authorization and tax terms such as W2, C2C, and 1099.

Additional Preferences

Experience recruiting for BFSI and broader non-IT roles is highly desirable. Candidates who have worked directly with US clients and can join immediately will be given preference.
