Treasury Analyst

About the Role

Netflix is looking for a Treasury Analyst to join its Global Treasury Operations team and help strengthen the company’s treasury foundation. This role reports to a Treasury Manager and is a strong fit for someone who already has experience working with bank accounts and banking portals, is interested in helping shape AI- and machine learning-enabled treasury solutions, and wants to grow into broader treasury responsibilities over time through a rotation program.

This role may be based in Los Gatos, California or Los Angeles, California. The expected in-office schedule is three days each week, Tuesday through Thursday.

What You’ll Do

• Oversee bank account activities from start to finish, including opening, maintaining, and closing accounts, supporting entity dissolutions, coordinating KYC updates and signatory changes, and keeping account records accurate.
• Use automation and AI-enabled tools to reduce manual effort, improve analysis, and support better Treasury decision-making.
• Work with banking partners to assess and roll out products and services that improve Treasury operations.
• Partner with teams such as Accounts Payable, Payroll, Tax, Legal, Production, and Finance Operations to provide Treasury guidance.
• Contribute to system implementation and improvement projects with an emphasis on better automation, stronger data quality, and tighter controls.
• Help with data checks, reconciliations, and ongoing upkeep that support Treasury dashboards and management reporting.
• Support compliance activities tied to global banking and regulatory requirements.
• Manage online banking user access across banking platforms and the Treasury Management System.
• Handle ad hoc Treasury analysis, special assignments, and other operational work, including efforts that use new tools to improve Treasury processes.

What We’re Looking For

• A four-year degree in a relevant field.
• Advanced working knowledge of Google Workspace and/or Microsoft Office.
• 2 to 6 years of treasury experience, or finance experience that can translate into treasury work.
• Strong coordination and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage several projects and requests at once.
• Comfort with learning new technology, including AI-assisted tools, and turning business needs into clear, structured requirements.

Preferred Experience

• Experience creating financial models for global cash flows.
• Familiarity with banking portals, account documentation, and common banking products.
• Exposure to automation, data tools, or light scripting such as SQL, Python, or API/file-based bank integrations, along with interest in using them to improve Treasury workflows and reporting.

Compensation and Benefits

The annual salary range for this position is $150,000 to $245,000. Netflix does not offer bonuses for this role. Instead, compensation is structured as salary and stock options, with the mix chosen annually. Compensation is set within the market range based on the job family, background, skills, and experience.
