Role Overview

This position is for a motivated Recruiter who can contribute to building strong teams and improving the hiring function. The role is centered on end-to-end recruitment, candidate sourcing, screening, coordination, and ensuring a smooth experience throughout the selection process.

Key Responsibilities

• Take ownership of the recruitment cycle from identifying potential candidates through to successful hiring.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements and develop practical hiring plans.
• Use multiple sourcing channels such as job portals, social platforms, professional networks, and direct outreach to find suitable candidates.
• Assess applicants for technical capability, relevant background, and alignment with the organization’s culture.
• Carry out preliminary interviews and coordinate next steps with internal teams.
• Keep the applicant tracking system updated and structured so hiring progress remains organized and efficient.
• Work to improve the candidate journey so applicants have a clear and positive recruitment experience.
• Follow market and recruiting trends to refine sourcing and hiring approaches over time.

Candidate Profile

The ideal professional has at least 2 years of recruiting experience, preferably within IT, staffing, or fast-growing business environments. Strong sourcing capability, especially using Boolean search, social recruiting, and networking, is important for success in this role. Clear communication, relationship-building, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving setting are also essential.

Additional Requirements

Applicants should be comfortable using ATS platforms and recruitment tools to support streamlined hiring. A detail-oriented approach, strong problem-solving ability, and a genuine interest in talent acquisition and candidate experience are expected. Experience with US staffing and full-cycle recruiting is relevant to the role.
