About the Role
This opportunity is with an IT company working on Quantum and AI-focused innovation. The role sits within a lively HR team and is centered on bringing in strong technical talent for a high-energy, fast-moving environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle the complete hiring cycle for technical positions, from sourcing to closure.
- Find, review, and evaluate candidates through multiple sourcing channels.
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand role expectations and hiring needs.
- Conduct first-round candidate interviews.
- Arrange technical interview rounds and support offer discussions.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential candidates for upcoming needs.
- Provide a smooth and positive experience for every candidate throughout the process.
- Keep track of market hiring trends and compensation benchmarks.
Ideal Profile
- 2 to 4 years of experience in technical recruitment within a fast-paced IT setting.
- Hands-on exposure to sourcing through professional and job search platforms.
- Good understanding of technology roles, hiring patterns, and industry demand.
- Strong verbal and written communication, along with solid people skills.
- Capability to manage several open roles while working to tight timelines.
- Confident in salary discussions and offer negotiations.
- Comfortable using ATS and HR-related tools, which would be an added advantage.
Additional Information
The organization operates in the IT sector with a focus on Quantum and AI innovations. Experience using an applicant tracking system is considered a plus.
