- Replace manual reporting with automated outputs and stronger self-service reporting options.
- Create standard report formats for supply chain teams and leadership.
- Build dashboards that are clear, reliable, and aligned with business needs.
- Lead smaller improvement efforts and system-related workstreams.
- Support the M3 supply chain system and serve as a first point of contact for business users.
- Handle incident resolution, investigate root causes, and escalate issues to IT when needed.
- Assist with system improvements, user acceptance testing, and deployments, including EDI rollouts and new Infor features.
- Increase the use of digital tools that improve planning execution and visibility.
- Develop exception-based reports that help planners act faster.
- Design and enhance BI solutions using tools such as Power BI and Excel models.
- Turn complex data into practical insights for both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Flag demand changes caused by promotions, seasonality, and item phasing to the product management team.
- Coordinate with Transportation, Warehouse Operations, Finance, and Product Management to share relevant supply information.
- Perform root cause analysis and help create corrective action plans.
- Evaluate technology needs for current and future business requirements.
- Review sales history, budgets, and demand drivers; prepare forecast data; build statistical forecast models; and assess forecast performance.
- Contribute to inventory strategy for existing items, new products, and phase-outs.
- Handle other assigned duties as required.
Candidate profile

- Five to eight years of experience in supply chain is expected.

- Ability to communicate effectively with people at different organizational levels.
- Strong critical thinking and analytical ability.
