Role overview
Join a busy restaurant environment as a Supervisor, working closely with the General Manager and Assistant Manager to deliver an excellent guest experience and support the front-of-house team. The role is focused on keeping service safe, well-organised, and consistently high quality so that each shift runs without issues. The pay for this position is £12.92 per hour, plus tronc and additional benefits.

What you'll do
As Supervisor, you will lead shifts with confidence and keep both front-of-house and back-of-house teams coordinated so the restaurant operates efficiently. You will coach the team to deliver outstanding service, help maintain excellent food standards, and ensure the restaurant always looks its best while following all procedures and policies. A strong sense of ownership and pride in service is essential.
