Role Overview
cm studio is looking for an experienced project architect to help lead the delivery of a portfolio of high-end residential projects in Rushcutters Bay, New South Wales. The role sits within a team focused on premium residential design and project execution.
What You Will Do
- Oversee the end-to-end delivery of multiple high-end single-residential projects.
- Manage client relationships with a strong focus on communication and service.
- Coordinate all project stakeholders and keep the broader project team aligned.
- Prepare detailed documentation and develop models using Revit.
- Apply Australian residential compliance requirements to design and documentation, including DCP, LEP, and NCC.
What We’re Looking For
- A proven history of successfully delivering high-end single residential projects.
- Excellent client management and communication abilities.
- Solid understanding of Australian planning and building compliance for residential work.
- Capability to work collaboratively with consultants, clients, and internal team members.
- Advanced documentation and modelling skills in Revit.
- A Master’s degree in Architecture.
