Responsibilities

• Create, enhance, and support applications across both frontend and backend layers.
• Develop responsive user interface components and dependable backend APIs for scalable products.
• Partner with product managers, designers, and engineers to ship features efficiently and in small iterations.
• Produce code that is clean, easy to maintain, and testable, while following established engineering practices.
• Investigate production issues, improve application speed, and help keep services reliable.
• Work with databases, cloud services, and container-based deployment setups.
• Use AI-assisted development tools and modern workflows to boost productivity and speed up delivery.
• Pick up new technologies quickly and contribute wherever needed across the stack.

Requirements

• 0 to 3 years of experience in software engineering, including frontend, backend, or full-stack work.
• Solid grounding in data structures, problem-solving, and core software engineering principles.
• Hands-on experience with JavaScript or TypeScript and modern frontend frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js.
• Experience creating backend services or APIs with Node.js, Python, Java, or similar technologies.
• Working knowledge of databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, or Redis.
• Comfort with Git, debugging, testing, and basic CI/CD processes.
• Basic familiarity with cloud platforms, Docker, and current deployment environments.
• Strong willingness to learn, curiosity, and the ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced engineering setting.
• Interest in using AI tools, automation, and modern engineering practices to improve productivity and code quality.
• Exposure to Kubernetes, Kafka, distributed systems, or data engineering concepts is a plus.
• Evidence of work through personal projects, open-source contributions, hackathons, internships, or AI-based applications.
