Role Overview
This position focuses on identifying and securing suitable commercial properties and land parcels in Delhi for business needs. The role combines business development with facilities-related site acquisition work and requires strong local market knowledge, on-ground movement, and close coordination with external stakeholders.
Core Responsibilities
- Use in-depth knowledge of the Delhi territory to assess and shortlist strategically suitable locations.
- Drive the search for new land and commercial property options across Delhi based on specific area and business requirements.
- Stay current on prevailing commercial rent levels and land pricing for different property types and specifications.
- Handle the complete legal paperwork flow for lease agreements and ensure all documentation aligns with local rules and regulations.
- Carry out field-based acquisition work using a personal two-wheeler for travel across the territory.
Skills and Capabilities
- Strong commercial negotiation ability to close lease terms advantageously.
- Ability to manage broker relationships and use local networks to source property opportunities.
- Clear verbal and written communication for working with multiple stakeholders.
- Comfort with MS Office tools, especially Microsoft Excel, for tracking and reporting data.
Additional Requirement
A personal two-wheeler is mandatory for the extensive travel involved in this field role.
