The role is designed for candidates who are eager to support customers, contribute to store sales, and learn day-to-day retail operations in a fashion store environment.Customer AssistanceWelcome shoppers in a courteous, professional manner and engage them positively on the shop floor.Help customers identify products that suit their preferences and purchase needs.Share product details and styling guidance to improve the overall shopping experience.Sales SupportWork toward meeting individual as well as store sales goals.Increase bill value through upselling and cross-selling wherever appropriate.Stay updated on active offers, promotions, and discounts so customers receive accurate information.Store OperationsMake sure merchandise is tagged correctly, neatly folded, and displayed according to visual merchandising standards.Assist with routine stock replenishment and inventory verification.Support stock intake and help keep the backroom organized.Billing and POS SupportHelp with billing activities at the point of sale while working under supervision.Process cash and card payments carefully and accurately.Cleanliness and HygieneKeep the assigned sales area and fitting rooms tidy and well maintained.Follow store hygiene procedures consistently.TeamworkWork closely with teammates and assist the store manager in daily activities.Take part in team briefings, training sessions, and sales-related events.Compensation and BenefitsThe annual pay for this position is ₹2,03,000.
