Role Overview

As a Sales Development Representative, you will help open new accounts and build relationships across several levels of the company’s target customer base. This position is important to revenue growth and requires strong collaboration with the wider sales organization, research to uncover prospects, and lead qualification based on how companies handle onboarding.

What You’ll Do

  • Support company growth by running both inbound and outbound prospecting efforts that generate qualified leads and new business opportunities.
  • Learn from an experienced sales team and contribute to improving the sales playbook and technology stack.
  • Engage and nurture prospects through calls, emails, events, webinars, and other outreach campaigns.
  • Understand lead-generation workflows in depth, assist marketing efforts, manage prospect touchpoints, and coordinate smooth handoff to an Account Executive.
  • Create email sequences and make cold calls to research and break into target accounts.
  • Follow up consistently through calls and emails until meetings are booked.
