Role overview
The Sales Associate / Brand Associate is tasked with driving sales results while ensuring strong service standards and efficient store operations. The role also contributes to innovation and productivity efforts within the store. To support a smooth customer journey across channels, the person in this position manages in-store order fulfilment for customers.
Work environment
This position is based in a busy, varied, and customer-focused retail setting. As the initial contact point in the store, the role represents the organisation and helps shape the customer experience.
What you need to bring
The ideal candidate is energetic, service-minded, and able to communicate effectively. Comfort working with others in a team-oriented environment is also important.
Qualifications
- GCE A, O, or N level qualification, along with at least 1 year of relevant work experience
- Confidence using IT tools and sales or service systems
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Availability to work retail shift schedules, including weekends and public holidays
- Willingness to work a 5-day roster-based week
