Role overview
As the Print & Services Supervisor, you will guide a team in delivering strong customer experiences, supporting sales growth, and keeping store operations running smoothly. In this position, you will help customers find the right products and services, strengthen relationships that can drive future business, and maintain high standards across the print and customer service areas.
This role also carries keyholder responsibilities, so you will act as a leader on duty and help support store-wide programs and training.
Key responsibilities
- Coach and demonstrate the store selling approach by actively engaging customers and encouraging associates to do the same, with a strong focus on results and a customer-first attitude.
- Oversee all production activities and customer interactions in the print and customer service areas.
- Plan, communicate, and reinforce flyer features and promotional offers while looking for opportunities to increase sales.
- Lead departments such as cash and print in support of business goals and targets.
- Build a strong selling culture by learning new trends, products, and services and passing that knowledge on to the team.
- Maintain high operational standards and protect the store brand experience within print operations.
- Invest time in your own development and create opportunities for others to learn and grow.
- Provide training to store associates and encourage ongoing learning and improvement.
What you need
- At least 3 years of retail customer service experience.
- Supervisory and coaching experience is preferred.
- 1 to 2 years of experience in a print or graphic communications environment.
- Working understanding of graphic design principles.
- Comfort using computers and printing equipment.
- Ability to stay organized, prioritize effectively, and manage multiple tasks in a busy environment.
