This role is for a highly organized, service-minded Scheduling & Experience Coordinator who will support reservation handling, appointment coordination, and the overall client journey from a remote setting. Core Responsibilities

- Communicate with clients in a professional manner through email, phone, and online channels
- Check booking confirmations and service details to ensure they are complete and correct
- Support general administrative needs and customer service tasks
- Work according to established procedures and operating workflows
- Coordinate with internal teams to keep service delivery and planning running smoothly
Qualifications
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities
- Well-developed organization skills with careful attention to detail
- Comfort using digital tools and web-based systems
