Key responsibilities
- Evaluate incoming applications and check whether candidates meet the required qualifications.
- Arrange interviews and keep candidates informed throughout the scheduling process.
- Update and maintain applicant tracking system records accurately.
- Work closely with recruiters and hiring managers to keep the hiring workflow moving smoothly.
- Draft hiring-related documents and prepare routine reports.
- Help coordinate onboarding activities for newly selected candidates.
