Compensation

Monthly pay for this position ranges from USD 5,900 to USD 7,100.

Responsibilities

Act as the main contact for candidates throughout the hiring process.
Arrange interviews and manage communication related to recruitment.
Reply to candidate queries quickly, clearly, and professionally.
Monitor applicant movement and status during each stage of hiring.
Keep recruiting files, records, and documentation accurate and up to date.
Work alongside recruiters and hiring managers to strengthen the candidate experience.
Assist with onboarding activities and broader hiring efforts.

Qualifications

Previous experience in recruiting, human resources, customer service, or administrative work is preferred.
Strong verbal and written communication along with solid people skills.
Excellent planning, organization, and multitasking capabilities.
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and Microsoft Office tools.
Careful attention to detail and the ability to handle confidential information appropriately.
A dependable internet connection and a dedicated home workspace are required.
