Overview

RG&T Solutions is hiring motivated remote call center representatives to work from home on a part-time basis. The role is centered on customer interaction, issue handling, and accurate record-keeping while following company procedures.

What you will do

Respond to customers through phone and online channels with professional service.

Collect customer details and document them carefully and accurately.
