Role Overview
This role focuses on building and managing relationships with trade customers and high-value MSME clients, with an emphasis on working capital solutions and trade finance support. The position is based in Pune Division, Maharashtra, India.
Key Responsibilities
- Bring in and manage trade and high-value MSME accounts, especially those needing working capital support.
- Address customer needs for pre-shipment and post-shipment finance limits.
- Handle the full customer journey, including acquisition, onboarding, portfolio management, activation, and attrition control.
- Grow trade revenue by expanding wallet share across both newly acquired and existing trade accounts.
- Source new trade customers and high-value liability relationships.
- Support customer trade transactions and help ensure smooth straight-through processing.
- Promote treasury products such as forwards and options to trade customers where suitable.
- Offer cash management services to customers.
- Perform due diligence on customers and transactions to meet AML and regulatory requirements for trade business.
- Track bill of entry and export bill compliance and work to reduce pending compliance items.
