Introduction
We are smartmicro, the leading specialist in high-performance automotive and traffic radar- and radar/camera hybrid sensor technology. We design, develop and manufacture high-tech sensors for autonomous driving, intelligent traffic infrastructure and smart cities. Our mission is to make roads safer, enable autonomous driving in all-weather scenarios, optimize traffic flow for reduced travel times and enable greener, smarter cities.
We are a German company with international presence, having own teams in the UK and in the US, while we are headquartered in Braunschweig for design, development and production.

We are looking for an experienced Recruiter/HR Manager to cover a parental leave position for a period of 1.5 years.
Your Tasks
As part of the HR team, you will be responsible for all aspects of applicant management and international recruiting
This includes creating and posting job ads, screening applicants, and scheduling and conducting interviews (online or in person)
You will be in constant communication with the relevant department and group managers, as well as the CEO
You will also provide support in day-to-day operations (HR administration) and handle employee inquiries
You will enjoy developing targeted recruiting strategies for our social media channels
Your Strengths
Studies in Human Resources Management/ Business Administration or a comparable training program
Experience in recruitment and application processes, preferably including employer branding
You have strong MS Office skills
Ideally, you are familiar with Personio (HR software)
You have excellent communication and organizational skills
In addition to very good German language skills, strong English language skills are also important
