The role involves close attention to drawings, measurements, and documentation, along with coordination whenever a part does not match the specification.Key DutiesThe quality inspector will check, measure, and validate the quality of all types of inserts and parts produced from molds. The person in this position must confirm that every item matches the provided drawing and should raise and discuss any variation with the customer or tool-assembly team before transfer.The role also requires familiarity with 2D and 3D drawing interpretation, practical use of measuring instruments, and proper record-keeping/documentation.Additional InformationAptiv is an equal opportunity employer.
