Role overview
We are looking for a Quality Executive to support quality assurance and quality control efforts within facilities management programs in Singapore. This role focuses on monitoring service delivery, reviewing contractor performance, carrying out inspections, and helping keep compliance standards on track.
What you will do
- Support the wider Quality Management agenda across facilities management activities.
- Review contractors’ work and service delivery against required QA/QC standards.
- Carry out site visits, examine technical documents, and prepare detailed audit findings.
- Follow up on Corrective and Preventive Actions to make sure issues are resolved within the expected timeline.
- Spot operational risks, warning signs, and recurring problems, then escalate them to leadership.
- Assist with external audits and help ensure the organization remains aligned with contract obligations.
Requirements
- A minimum of a Diploma in Facilities Management, Building Services, Workplace Safety & Health, or a similar discipline is required.
- Fresh graduates with the relevant educational background are welcome to apply.
- At least 1 year of experience in Quality Management, Building, or Engineering is preferred.
- Basic understanding of Quality Management Systems, ISO standards, and WSH practices is expected.
