Role Overview
We are seeking a hands-on Principal Engineer to lead the design and delivery of enterprise-grade software products. This position calls for deep capability in full-stack engineering, cloud-native systems, AI/ML, Generative AI, microservices, DevSecOps, Agile execution, architecture, and technical mentorship.

Hyderabad or Bengaluru, India.
What You Will Do
- Create, build, test, launch, and support scalable business applications.
- Own architecture work, low-level design, component-level design, code reviews, engineering guidance, and adoption of best practices.
- Develop solutions using Angular, React, Node.js, Python, Streamlit, C#, .NET Core, Golang, SQL, and NoSQL technologies.
- Engineer cloud-native systems on Azure, AWS, and GCP using microservices, FaaS, PaaS, serverless patterns, and REST APIs.
- Apply object-oriented programming and design, design patterns, data structures, algorithms, and HLD/LLD techniques, including sequence, activity, state, ER, and DFD diagrams.
- Embed AI, machine learning, Generative AI, and LLM capabilities into enterprise platforms.
- Set up and strengthen DevSecOps, CI/CD, SRE, SDLC, and test automation practices while maintaining quality through GitHub, Azure DevOps, and SonarQube.
- Work closely with product managers, UX/UI designers, architects, and other stakeholders to build customer-centric solutions.
- Improve application speed, scale, security, dependability, maintainability, and overall engineering maturity.
Required Experience and Technical Background
At least 8 years of software engineering experience is needed. The role expects 8+ years of hands-on exposure to Angular, React, Node.js, Python, Streamlit, C#, .NET Core, Golang, SQL, and NoSQL. You should also have 8+ years of experience with Azure, AWS, GCP, cloud-native development, microservices, FaaS, and PaaS. In addition, 2+ years of practical experience in AI, ML, Generative AI, and LLM integration is required.
Education
A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline is required. A master's degree is preferred.
