Role summary
Join a fast-moving, AI-led team as the CEO’s personal operations partner. In this position, you will act as the main coordinator for the CEO’s lifestyle and personal matters, making sure personal priorities are handled smoothly, proactively, and with minimal friction. The role is remote and designed for someone who can work across time zones while keeping personal operations organized and dependable.

Compensation
The total annual package can go up to USD 78,000, along with comprehensive benefits. The base salary can be as high as USD 66,000 per year, and a performance bonus of up to 10% of base pay is available, paid monthly.
What you will do
You will support the CEO by coordinating personal operations, building systems, and managing relationships with premium service providers so that day-to-day life runs efficiently in the background. The position calls for strong judgment, careful follow-through, and the ability to turn requests into organized, reliable action.

Requirements
- 2 to 3 years of experience in concierge services, lifestyle management, hospitality, or executive/personal assistant work with strong execution skills
- Strong research ability to quickly identify, compare, and vet high-quality providers, products, and solutions
- Resourceful mindset and comfort solving problems in uncertain or complex situations
- Excellent communication skills with a polished, professional manner suitable for representing a CEO
- Very strong attention to detail and a consistent habit of following up without errors or missed steps
- Confidence in building and maintaining relationships with high-end and luxury service providers
- Good technical fluency, especially with G-Suite, and the ability to pick up new tools quickly
- Flexibility to coordinate during some evenings and weekends when needed
- Preferred experience with Asana or similar project management systems
- A pre-existing network of trusted premium service providers is a plus
- Experience in luxury hospitality, lifestyle management, or family office environments is beneficial
- Additional languages that help broaden access and strengthen relationships are an advantage
