About the Company

Its services include market research, distributor intelligence, regulatory mapping, and execution support delivered through a DBOT (Design–Build–Operate–Transfer) approach.
About the Role
The company is looking for a driven and proactive Partnerships Executive to help strengthen partnership outreach and support business development activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Reach out every day to prospective partner organizations through email.
- Make daily outbound calls to potential partners.
- Find and connect with the right decision-makers in target companies.
- Set up high-quality meetings with prospects.
- Make sure booked meetings are confirmed and attended by both sides.
- Use CRM systems and lead-generation tools to find prospects and track partnership opportunities.
- Keep CRM records updated with outreach, meetings, and follow-up activities.
- Research target companies to uncover possible partnership opportunities.
- Continue follow-ups to keep prospects engaged.
- Help the partnerships team meet weekly and monthly outreach and meeting goals.
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business Administration, Management, Economics, or a similar area.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, along with good people skills.
- Confidence speaking with professionals over the phone and in person.
- Solid organization and time-management abilities.
- Comfort working in a role with targets and performance goals.
- Ability to learn quickly and adjust to new processes.
- Basic comfort with email tools and online work platforms.
- Familiarity with virtual meeting tools such as Microsoft Teams or Zoom.
