About the role
This position focuses on steering and executing product-related projects in a fast-moving environment at the Milupa factory in Fulda. The site produces infant and specialized medical nutrition and is part of Danone, working with well-known brands such as Aptamil, Milumil and Neocate.
Key responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate and deliver product-related projects through to completion.
- Handle renovation and innovation initiatives.
- Support productivity programs covering areas such as raw materials and packaging.
- Drive supply-security efforts, including supplier or site approvals and contingency planning.
- Manage quality- and regulatory-driven product changes.
- Lead multidisciplinary project teams and keep workstreams aligned.
- Activate cross-functional resources to ensure project milestones are achieved on time.
- Resolve issues with the team and define clear next steps and recommendations.
- Work closely with internal and external stakeholders.
- Provide project updates to plant leadership and the regional director platform (Fuel for Growth).
- Ensure milestones are delivered within scope, budget, quality and timeline targets.
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in business, engineering or an equivalent discipline.
- At least 2 years of work experience, ideally in project management or a related area.
- Proven ability to coordinate and guide cross-functional, international teams.
- Strong communication and presentation abilities.
- A structured, analytical, goal-driven and self-directed working style.
- Good command of MS Office; familiarity with project management methods is preferred.
- Fluency in English; German language skills are an advantage.
