Job Overview

The Creatives Café is looking for a meticulous and data-focused Operations Analyst to support day-to-day performance improvements. This role centers on reviewing operational workflows, spotting efficiency gaps, tracking results, and helping deliver initiatives that strengthen productivity and overall business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Examine business operations and related data to spot patterns, bottlenecks, and opportunities to improve.

Requirements

  • Hands-on proficiency with Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools.
